Things I Keep Sayin….

There are things I keep saying to myself in spite of knowing better. This is why I need to be more conscious.

“This could be dangerous. This could put you in risky territory. This could be embarrassing.”

Introverts say this a lot!

“I am tired today. I need to get some energy back. I did too much yesterday.”

Also something that introverts say.

“I don’t like what so-and-so said/wrote. I am feeling defensive. I am in need of pulling back from involvement online.”

Anyone could have these feelings. They are of the negative variety yet they also contain MY truth on the ego-level.

FWIW, I am very low on an energetic level today. But urging positive feelings forward is not the answer. Resting in silence is the answer.

Silence puts us back in the flow of the tao. I might write this poem to sum it all up. Can you identify?

I walk along the paved road
with manicured gardens boldly being what they are.
I draw back in seclusion
each step a retreat from everything not exactly so.

  1. The healing facts you write about, are true self-knowledge. How many times we try to save ourselves with positive affirmations. It never works. We mostly get worse by trying to change ourselves. The fact that if we let silence speak, draw back with our attempts and self-influence, we also find to true healing, to right action. To work the right way is not easy, we need to remind ourselves again and again. This is extremely powerful. Thank you for this message. I have a little book where I collect Vernons Wisdom, from now on I also write down Vicki’s Wisdom flowers, along with it. It is my most beloved booklet, and I take it everywhere I go.

Greetings to you Vicki and all my gratitude…

    1. Yes, this is Fourth Way Work, rather than nonduality, which focuses on “I am” with no attention to one’s
actual condition. This is the way of self-honesty.
