The Dark Night of the Soul

I began my first website, bobwoodyard.com when my late husband was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. It was to be a support site for him. Out of that site grew my passion for writing. Today Bob would have been 75 years old and the site is now vickiwoodyard.com.

Yesterday the site went dark for some reason and I didn’t know how to fix it. This afternoon I called BlueHost and asked for their help. Thanks to the instant help of a young man there, the site is now up and running again. I told him I had no idea what I was doing technically; I only write on it.

So here I am, stumbling along as best I can. There are fewer visitors these days, thanks to Facebook. It is what it is, as my son often says.

If you still want me to keep the blog alive, consider making a donation every now and then. They all help. The Donation Button is on the site or you can donate directly via email.

What I have learned is that there are always people out there needing to hear the voice of someone who has made it through the dark night of the soul. Sometimes I can be that person for them, God willing.

Love and thanks,
Vicki
